I MET THEIR FATHER, Jeff Brooks, and mother, Sally Brooks. They had a bbq and were cooking burgers, hot dogs and sausages. I sat down on a wet log and got my butt soaking wet, but did not want to get up and expose that fact to everyone. Gina gave me a bowl of salad made with lettuce, feta cheese, cranberries and had a drizzle of raspberry vinaigrette on it. In silence I ate my salad. As it stopped raining the sun was bright and warmer than it has been in over a week. Gina, Gary and Sally Brooks ate their salad while Jeff checked the food on the bbq. He was not much of a salad man, Jeff. They most likely got here during the time that I was naked and dragging myself back to my camp.

Eating a fresh and crisp salad readied my palate for eating the meat. It probably did not, but I like to think that it did otherwise why would I eat salad in the first place. Jeff handed me a beer, Lech in a green can. I liked it a lot and Gina and Gary stared at me while I drank it. I saw Sally whisper something in Jeff's ear. But I got to keep my beer. Yeah me being on my own, I should have beer and who cares if I am only 17. By the time that the burgers, sausages and hot dogs were done I was on my third beer.

I tried my best not to have the juices from the burger get on my shirt, but my chin was another story altogether. The burger was so tasty, hot dogs and sausages were good too. I have not eaten for a while but I was good to eat this much because of the injections. Taking it easy when you are starving was super hard to do. It was a good meal and I could have capped it off with spending time with Gary or even his dad Jeff, but I went to my camp and got some much needed rest. Before leaving their camp I thanked them all for inviting me to their meal.

Sleeping in my clothes was not ideal, but it would be what I would have to get used to when I finally am on my tour or tours of duty. It was that or be harassed while I am completely naked. The rising of the sun woke me up and I immediately went and made coffee. How would I find these ICE posers and take them out? I do not know. Having to report to my handler so that they did not panic, I would probably get further instructions on what to do. Bringing out my laptop and tethering it to my SAT phone to have internet access I would connect via CIA_Skype. A secure line is what I would use to make my call.
